Process Control System
The process control of the fermentation tank is categorized into analog control, digital (on/off) control, and interlinked parameter control. Key control parameters include:
Temperature, pressure, flow rate, and agitation speed.
Liquid level, pH value, and Dissolved Oxygen (DO).
Exhaust O₂ and Exhaust CO₂ levels.
Mycelial density and conductivity during CIP (Clean-in-Place).
Equipment Structure
1.Agitation System: Consists of the base, agitation shaft, agitation blades, hydraulic station, agitator tray, push plates, and a lubrication system.
2.Ventilation System: Includes bottom ventilation, vortex blowers, induced draft fans, and deodorization tanks (spray equipment).
3.Heating System: Features electric heating and a secondary circulation system for extracting hot air to reuse for heating.
4.Tank Body: The interior is lined with 3mm thick 304 stainless steel. The tank is equipped with an insulation layer, ensuring the outer wall remains cool to the touch throughout the year.
