Horizontal Mixer
During operation, the materials inside the machine are subjected to the action of two rotors rotating in opposite directions, creating a composite motion. The paddles drive the materials to rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the trough while simultaneously causing them to tumble back and forth. In the overlapping area between the two rotors, a “weightless zone” is formed. In this zone, regardless of the shape, size, or density of the materials, they float in a momentary state of weightlessness. This causes the materials to form a continuous, all-around cyclical tumbling motion within the trough, interlacing and shearing with each other, thereby achieving a rapid and gentle, uniform mixing effect.
Twin-Shaft Mixer
The twin-shaft mixer utilizes the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical spiral shafts to simultaneously convey dry ash and other powdery materials while adding water for mixing. This evenly moisturizes the dry powdery materials, ensuring they do not generate dry dust or leak water droplets, which facilitates loading for transport or transfer to other conveying equipment. It is primarily used in industries such as thermal power plants and mining for moistening and loading fly ash or similar materials. This mixer features fast mixing speed and excellent uniformity, capable of mixing viscous materials with up to 30% added liquid. During operation, two paddle rotors rotating in opposite directions agitate the materials in the middle. Thanks to the multiple special angles of the paddles, the materials are mixed rapidly and effectively regardless of their shape, size, or density. The bottom-opening discharge design ensures fast unloading and minimal residue.
Disc Mixer
The disc mixer is a machine primarily used for mixing raw materials. It features a polypropylene or stainless steel inner lining, making it resistant to material sticking and wear. Equipped with a cycloid pinwheel reducer, it offers advantages such as a compact structure, convenient operation, uniform mixing, and easy discharge and conveying. The materials are thoroughly mixed, thereby improving mixing uniformity. Its innovative rotor structure allows the clearance between the rotor and the shell to be adjusted to near zero, effectively minimizing material residue.
