Producing organic fertilizer using modern production line technology involves fermenting agricultural waste and livestock manure to create high-quality organic fertilizer. The organic matter, once fermented, contains trace nutrients, various amino acids, enzymes, and beneficial microorganisms, all of which play a significant role in soil improvement. Rich in organic matter and humic acid, this fertilizer is highly suitable as a base fertilizer. Long-term application of digested sludge (biogas residue) fertilizer can make the soil loose, increase fertility, improve permeability, and prevent soil compaction.
However, it is important to note that unf fermented biogas residue can compete with crops for oxygen in the soil, affecting the root development of seeds and sometimes causing seedling yellowing. Therefore, in production, it should be composted and fully fermented before use to achieve the best results.
Biogas residue organic fertilizer contains excellent nutrients and abundant organic matter, making it a fertilizer that offers both slow and fast release while improving soil conditions. Experiments have shown that in soils treated with biogas residue fertilizer produced by a 10,000-ton annual output granulator production line, both organic matter and nitrogen-phosphorus content increased compared to untreated soil. Meanwhile, soil density decreased, porosity increased, the physical and chemical properties of the soil were improved, and the capacity for water and nutrient retention was enhanced.
Using biogas slurry alone as a base fertilizer is highly effective. When combined with seed soaking and foliar topdressing using biogas slurry, the results are even better. This approach can also prevent pests and diseases in crops and fruits throughout their entire growth cycle, thereby reducing the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Nowadays, biogas residue organic fertilizer manufactured using modern organic fertilizer production technology and a 10,000-ton annual output granulator line is odorless, more convenient, and easier to store.
Properties of Organic Fertilizer Produced with Modern Production Line Technology:
1.Rich in Protein: Calculated based on air-dried matter, the crude protein content can reach 10% to 20%. It also contains special amino acids suitable for feed, such as methionine and lysine.
2.Abundant Nutrients: Contains rich nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and mineral salts, which are suitable for the development and growth of crops and livestock.
3.Growth-Promoting Elements: Contains a certain amount of hormones and vitamins, which are beneficial for the growth of poultry and livestock.
Safe and Hygienic: Non-toxic, odorless, and contains low levels of bacteria and pathogens.
To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress regarding the promotion of green development and the continuous advancement of agricultural sustainability, and to fully leverage the role of finance and industrial chain models in promoting the healthy development of China’s organic fertilizer industry, the National Fertilizer Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance will continuously carry out initiatives focused on methods for utilizing livestock manure and waste to produce organic and bio-fertilizers. This includes the selection of organic fertilizer production line technologies, processing techniques, and equipment.
